Challenge

Perform an energy diagnosis of four Algar Telecom units, three data centers and one office, to identify and prioritize the most cost-effective efficiency measures.

Mitsidi Performance

Visit all buildings to measure internal temperatures, consumption, and power. Assessment of equipment, processes, services, tariffs, and contracts. Development of an action plan based on the cost-benefit of the identified efficiency measures.

Results

Identification of 22 energy efficiency measures;
Average return time for measures less than 2 years;
Definition of efficiency indicators and comparative costs for the group's data centers.
